1. The service

Prague Pass Hub is an independent online ticket service operated by Lipka Alfred Yacht- & Specialtrans GmbH It sells city passes and attraction tickets with digital delivery by email. Prague Pass Hub is not the official Prague CoolPass or Prague City Tourism website.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the online booking service. Payment is by credit or debit card over an encrypted connection; your bank confirms with 3D Secure. The charge happens once at purchase — there is no recurring billing of any kind.

3. Delivery

Passes are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, usually within seconds. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter a correct email; if nothing arrives, support resends the pass free of charge.

4. Activation and use

The pass activates on first use (first attraction entry or first public-transport ride) and stays valid for the number of consecutive days purchased. Children under 6 enter free.

5. Refunds

Full refund available any time before the pass is first used. Request it on the refunds page or by replying to the confirmation email; refunds are issued to the same payment method.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for schedule changes, extraordinary closures, or entry-condition changes decided by individual attractions or the pass issuer.
